Prepare now for NSPIRE-V Inspections!
NSPIRE-V inspection standards become effective February 1, 2027. Abilene Housing Authority will begin using NSPIRE-V inspection standards for all Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) inspections. Property owners and managers should begin preparing now for a smooth transition and continued compliance with HUD requirements.
